He who is kind to the poor lends to the LORD, and he will reward him for what he has done.
Proverbs 19:17

The 1993 price for photography was awarded to Kevin Carter a well known photograph from Johannesburg. He was in love with the South African landscapes and he was imortalizing them for years. The photo which was awarded the prize was ilustrating the face of a Sudaneze girl agonizing to death and an agle waiting few meters away. During the press conference, Kevin was asked were he took the picture and if he made something to save the girl from death. The place were close to an American military camp and he
said that he do not intervene to save the girl’s life because a good photograph is catching the moment and do not intervene to change the reality. It is confortable to be just a spectator.

Don’t you think it’s time to be involved?

The one who loves the justice and the virtute cannot remain insensible to injustice.
