“He gives strength to the weary” Isaiah 40:29
In the well-known battle of Waterloo when Napoleon Bonaparte lost in front of the British troops, he adopted an interesting attitude. It was the first time after a lot of successive victorious years of the French army, when he had to accept that he lost the war. Pierre Cambronne, the head of a special group reduced to a small number of people, has been surrounded by enemy. The general himself was hurt on the battle camp and when the British general asked him to give up, he answered:
”The guard can die but never surrender!”
Our life is a continuous battle and many times, our enemy Satan, tries to force us to give up. But Jesus already won.
