„Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7 A solution to the global water crisis could be a smart technique to extract the salt from the sea waters. The first technology for this purpose was developed by the British engineer Charles Wilson in 1872 in Chile. The idea was simple: the salted water was put in a huge pot and warmed in sun. Condensation was obtained by covering the pot with a glass cover, directing the vapourised drops into a reservoir. Later on the technology was improved in order to increase its capacities. This solution was thought to be the clue for the African countries which have kilometers of sea shores. But it proved too complicated and finally failed to be used.
