Dear friends,
About one month ago the medical doctors informed Eh Moo that she has liver cancer and that there is not much hope anymore. They said that she can only live for just only one month. The medical doctor has tried to remove the tumour, but this was not possible anymore.
We have discussed recently with the doctor in the hospital and he told us that the medical doctors has given her up. Eh Moo is suffering of a lot of pain. She is staying in her apartment in Utrecht in Holland at this moment. Eh Moo is a faithful member of the Seventh day Adventist Church.
Please, remember Eh Moo in your daily prayers. Above all, remember what our God can do, when we keep praying for Eh Moo. Everything is possible if we believe and God is the only doctor who can create a miracle in the live of Eh Moo. Hundreds of faithful Karen and Burmese Christians in USA, Holland, Norway, Denmark, Australia, Thailand, Burma.. are continuous praying for Eh Moo at this moment. Can we also count on your help?
Eh Moo and her parents arrived in Holland in October 2002 and they belong to the Karen, a ethnic/tribal group in Burma which we called nowadays Myanmar. Burma is under control of dictators and the ethnic/tribal groups are suffering of persecutions and oppressions. There are about 100.000 Burmese refugees that belongs mainly to the ethnic/tribal groups whom are staying in several refugee camp along the border of Thailand and many thousands of refugees are staying in most degrading situation in India and Bangladesh.
Her brother, Saw Lah Doh, his wife, Kaw Kay Paw, and their child have arrived in October 2001 in Holland. Together with their other 15 Karen Adventist friends they came to Holland with certain expectation for the future. They understood that God has made it possible for them to arrive in Holland. Forsure, God has plans for them. Together with the other Karen people in Holland we worship regularly at their homes.
However, just 10 days after the arrival of the first Karen group in Holland we faced a tragic accident of Kaw Kay Paw on 22nd October 2001. We have requested the Dutch Government to assist us with family reunification of the family of Saw Lah Doh, whom are staying in the refugee camp in Thailand, and finally after one year, Eh Moo and her parents could arrive in Holland in October 2002.
Once again we have to encounter another tragic situation. Please, lift up your fervent prayers to the Lord for Eh Moo.
Pastor Roël Blackman performed the anointing service.
We have had a wonderful anointing service on Sunday 22nd May that was performed by Pastor Roël Blackman of the Seventh day Adventist Church..
We have claimed the fulfilment of the promise in the Bible;
"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will save the sick and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven." (James 5:14, 15).
“The prayer of faith shall save the sick. No human power can save the sick, but, through the prayer of faith, the Mighty Healer has fulfilled His promise to those who have called upon His name. No human power can pardon sin or save the sinner. None can do this but Christ, the merciful physician of body and soul.”--3SM 295.
The Lord has blessed the anointing service in a special way. During the prayer session we have experienced the presence of the Holy Spirit accompanied with God’s mighty angels. And we are confident that God has answered our prayers. Let His will be done.
We will keep you informed about the situation of Eh Moo.
Thank you very much and may the good Lord richly continue to bless you . Your brother and sister in Christ, Arie & So Nhu Nainggolan Directors Active Refugee Care Prinses Irenestraat 65 1271 XT Huizen The Netherlands Tel.(+31)35.5268927 PASS IT ON. PASS IT ON! PASS IT ON! PASS IT ON! |
